As a certified AZPOST General Instructor for over 14 years, I've delivered critical training on subjects such as officer-involved shootings, mindset, cell phone analysis, fugitive apprehension, and covert surveillance.

Beyond my operational expertise, I'm committed to fostering personal and professional growth. Drawing on my experience with critical incidents, I offer guidance on building resilience, managing stress, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I've developed a holistic approach to career advancement, helping individuals prepare for promotional exams and navigate the challenges of specialized roles.
